Integrity & Campus Safety
The Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) was established in line with the guidelines set forth by the Government of India to address and resolve complaints related to sexual harassment and other grievances.
We function as a specialized body to safeguard the rights of every member of our community, ensuring that academic and professional life is defined by mutual respect and security.

Prevent Harassment
Fostering a safe campus environment by implementing proactive measures to prevent incidents of misconduct.
Raise Awareness
Conducting workshops and programs about workplace conduct, gender sensitization, and mutual respect.
Timely Resolution
Investigating and resolving complaints in a fair, transparent, and timely manner as per legal statutes.
How to File a Complaint
Any member (student, faculty, or staff) who feels harassed or discriminated against can approach the ICC.

Visit the ICC office during college hours to speak with a trained member confidentially.

Policy on Sexual Harassment
HM College Manjeri maintains a zero-tolerance policy on sexual harassment. All complaints are investigated thoroughly in line with the Government of India’s Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) Act. We protect complainants from any form of retaliation.
