The Grievance Redressal Cell looks into complaints lodged by students to judge their merit and ensure transparency in all college operations, from admissions to academic practices.
Anyone with a genuine grievance may approach the committee members in person, use the suggestion boxes located at the Administrative Block, or send an email to the officer in-charge.

Complaint Procedure
Submission
Drop a written grievance in the suggestion box at the Admin Block or email principalhmcollege@gmail.com.
Online Registry
Alternatively, click here to register your complaint directly via our online portal.
Verification
The Cell reviews cases that are forwarded with necessary supporting documents for merit assessment.
Redressal
The committee ensures that grievances are properly solved within a stipulated time limit.
